To: The Manager, Just-rite Today your team replaced our existing single sheet glass in a bank of 9 window/doors with double glazing units. I would like to complement the firm on the professionalism of the installation team. The team did an excellent job, were pleasant, efficient and left the site clean.
Although we installed the double glazing mainly for temperature control we have also noticed a pleasing reduction in traffic noise.

We were very surprised how quickly you came out and fixed the problems outlined in the letter dated 24th March 2010. Special thanks for sending your Senior Installer Clive Maxey who came out today. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous.
Being a previous small business owner I realise the importance of customer service, which is the reason for my email.
Recently we were visited by just rite insulation installers and was so impressed by the customer service I thought I should let you know.
I found the team of just rite outstanding, what they said they would do they did and the customer servive we received through out the whole process from the original sale consultant Nick , to the installed job was nothing less than outstanding professional curtious service.
In particular I must say Teresa customer service was outstanding, as was the installers James and Lydon who took great care to enusre minimal mess in what was a tricky little job.All four are a credit to your organisiation and to themselves and with customer service like I received, your business can only prosper and grow.
Lucky for Just Rite I am not in home improvement industry as I would try to persuade staff with this level of customer sevice to join my own business.

The product installed is off high quality and the installation was carried out professionally with the areas left clean and tidy upon completion. I am VERY happy with my new double-glazed, cathedral pattern window that Just-rite installed last week. It is located next to my front door and now allows a lot more light into my living room (I used to have a wood panel in the lower section). It has inspired me to double glaze the main window in my living room - extra light and more warmth.

I am writing to let you know that I think that the staff at your Fyshwick, ACT store are just fantastic! I recently went into Just-rite to look for some glass bricks for a craft project, but found them pretty expensive at $10-20 per glass brick for making crafts. Heide came over and asked if she could help me with anything, and when I explained what the bricks were for, she suggested I take a look at the discontinued bricks out in the warehouse, which were sold for $2.00 each. The warehouse staff was then kind enough to get the fork lift going and get the pallet of bricks down for me to look through. Well, it was like a jackpot for me, there were all kinds of sizes and patterns to choose from and Heide helped me go through all the boxes, dusty as they were. I ended up buying 17 of them! What could have cost me around $200.00 cost me $34.00, and I will make 17 beautiful Christmas gifts with them! I just wanted to let someone know how nice Heide was to give me that advice and for Lee her manager to ok it instead of going for the bigger sale.
