Home Energy Assessment
What is a Home energy assessment?
A home energy assessment helps you pinpoint where your house is losing energy and what you can do to save money.
A home energy assessment will also assess health and safety issues that might exist in your home.
Take the first step to improving your home’s energy efficiency
The key to achieving the best outcome for your investment is to approach each area of your home in the right order.
Your home Energy Assessment Retrofit Plan begins with a professional assessment of your home’s thermal performance.
Your home Energy Assessment will deliver tailored recommendations specific to your home in a prioritised step-by-step plan that ensures your investment delivers the best possible outcome.
The average home has enough air leakage to add up to a two-foot-square hole.
That’s like leaving a medium-sized window wide open 24 hours a day
By taking a targeted approach to improving the energy efficiency of your home, you can permanently reduce your energy consumption – making your home cooler in summer, warmer in winter and significantly cutting your energy bills.
How does an home Energy Assessment work?
One of our highly experienced assessors will visit your home to evaluate its thermal performance according to your chosen home assessment and develop your home Energy Assessment Retrofit Plan.
Our assessor will assess, specify and prioritise the most appropriate solutions for your home, spanning draught proofing, ceiling insulation, underfloor insulation, wall insulation and secondary glazing.
Following your assessment you may choose to schedule professional installation of your selected retrofit solutions, or you may decide to take the DIY approach to implement your retrofit plan.
However you decide to approach it, solutions can be applied immediately or over time, as your budget allows.
