Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Just Rite (“the Promoter”), ABN 97 403 928 760 of 37 Tralee Street, Hume, ACT, 2620.
2. Promotion Overview
Customers who book and complete a qualifying ceiling insulation installation during the Promotional Period will be automatically entered into a draw to win double glazing for their home, valued up to AUD $15,000 (“Prize”).
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences on 13 April 2026 and closes at 5pm on Friday 28 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the ACT aged 18 years or over.
To enter, customers must book and complete a qualifying ceiling insulation installation with the Promoter during the Promotional Period.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible.
5. Qualifying Installation
To be eligible for entry, a qualifying ceiling insulation installation must meet all of the following criteria:
- The installation must be quoted, accepted, and 50% deposit paid for during the Promotional Period;
- The installation must be completed by the Promoter (not subcontracted by the customer) at a residential property located within the ACT or surrounding service area;
- The total invoice value must be equal to or greater than $3,000 (incl. GST);
- The installation must not be cancelled, refunded, or subject to a payment dispute;
- The customer must comply with all standard booking, access, and installation requirements of the Promoter;
- Government rebates, discounts, or third-party funding may form part of the payment, however the job must still meet the minimum spend requirement.
Exclusions:
- Quotes not accepted and 50% deposit paid within the Promotional Period;
- The Competition is not open to builders, developers or properties that are knock-down rebuilds, new builds, apartments and mixed-use precincts.
6. Entry Method
Each completed qualifying installation equals one (1) entry into the draw.
Multiple entries are permitted where qualifying installations are completed at different addresses.
7. Draw Details
The draw will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises via electronic random generator on Monday 31 August. The winner will be selected at random to ensure each entrant has an equal chance of winning.
The Promoter will take reasonable steps to identify the winner.
8. Prize Details
The Prize is double glazing supply and installation for the winner’s residential property, valued up to AUD $15,000.
The winner will not be charged any fee for the Prize up to this value.
Any costs exceeding $15,000, or any upgrades requested, must be paid by the winner.
The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
9. Winner Notification & Publication
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business day of the draw.
The results will be published on website and/or social media within 2 business days of the draw.
The Promoter will make the results available to entrants upon request.
10. Prize Delivery
The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to ensure the winner receives the Prize.
Installation is subject to site inspection, access, structural suitability, and scheduling availability.
If the property is deemed unsuitable for double glazing installation, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative solution of equal value.
11. Marketing consent
The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities conducted by the Promoter in connection with the Competition and the Prize. This may include, but is not limited to, the use of the winner’s name, image, voice, suburb, and any photographs or video footage (including before, during and after installation images and videos, and recorded interviews or “piece to camera” content).
The winner consents to the Promoter using such material for promotional, marketing and advertising purposes across any media channels, including digital, print and social media, without further compensation, notification or approval.
The winner agrees to make themselves reasonably available at mutually agreed times for the creation of such content.
12. Unclaimed Prize
If the Prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, the Promoter will conduct a redraw on 30 November 2026.
The redraw winner will be notified and published in the same manner as the original winner.
13. Fair Conduct
The Promoter will conduct the promotion in a fair manner and not in a way that is misleading, deceptive, inappropriate, or offensive.
The Promoter will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the ACT.
14. Record Keeping
The Promoter will record and retain the identity of the winner and details of the draw as required by law.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or Prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
